Guinea-Bissau votes in referendum on granting president expanded power

Ahead of general elections in December, people in Guinea-Bissau voted in a referendum which would greatly increase presidential power. This comes months after the latest military coup in an attempt to return the country to democracy. Controversy abounds, however.
